Your account

Your email, your API keys and a record of your calls. We keep them while you have an account and 90 days after you close it, and then we delete them. If you bought credits, the record of each purchase stays 10 years, for tax. To see or delete what we hold about you, email support@scrapefield.com.

The data you ask for

The profiles, posts, places and reviews our API returns. We may keep what we fetched, to answer the same request again quickly, to check our sources, and to show working examples on our site.

How we measure the site

We use PostHog, in the United States, to see how the site and the dashboard are used: your IP address, the pages you open, what you click, errors, how fast pages load, and recordings of sessions. Recordings hide what you type and your API keys. A cookie links the visits from one browser. If your browser asks sites not to track it, we send nothing.

What we never take

Your login, cookie or session for any platform, for any reason.

If you are in the data

Email support@scrapefield.com with the profile or page. We delete what we hold of it, stop serving it, and tell you when it is done. We cannot remove it from the platform that publishes it, or from what a customer already stored.

Who we share it with

Only the providers that run the service (hosting, data, payments, email and analytics), and anyone the law requires. We do not sell data and we run no advertising. Our servers are in the United States; for a data processing agreement, get in touch.

Who is responsible

For your account, we are. For the data you request through the API, you decide what to ask for and what to do with it, so you need a lawful basis for it, and you answer to the people in it.
