What we hold, for how long, and how to have it deleted.

Two kinds of data
Yours — your email, your account, your API keys and your usage records. We keep these while you have an account and for as long afterwards as the tax rules require.
The data you ask for — the public profiles, posts, places and reviews our API returns. This is the part that matters, so it is spelled out below.
We are a pipe, not a database of people
We do not build or sell a corpus of individuals. When you call an endpoint we fetch the answer, return it, and hold it in a cache for a stated period — between one hour and twenty-four hours depending on the endpoint, published on each endpoint’s page. After that it is deleted. The results of a batch job are kept for seven days after the job finishes, so you can download them, and then deleted too. We do not enrich, merge or retain profiles beyond those windows, and we have no product that depends on doing so.
What we never take
Your platform credentials. Not your LinkedIn login, not a cookie, not a session token, for any reason, at any price. Nothing we offer requires them and we will refuse them if offered.
If you are in the data
Email support@scrapefield.com with the profile or page. We will delete what is in our cache, add it to a suppression list so it is not served again, and confirm to you when that is done. We will also tell you honestly what we cannot do: we cannot remove it from the platform it is published on, and we cannot reach into a customer’s systems to delete what they already stored — though we will pass a request on to them.
Who we share it with
Nobody, except the infrastructure providers needed to run the service (hosting, payments, email), and where the law requires it. We do not sell data about you and we do not run advertising.
Where it lives
On servers in the United States. If you need your data kept in another region, or a data processing agreement, get in touch.
Controllers and processors
For your account data, we are the controller. For the data you request through the API, you decide what to ask for and what to do with it — you need a lawful basis for it, and you are responsible for the notifications and rights that come with holding personal data. We are not your lawyer and this is not legal advice.
