Talk to a person
Questions about the API, pricing above the largest pack, or something that broke. One address, read by a person, answered the same business day.
Or write to support@scrapefield.com directly.
What to expect back
| If | Send | You get |
|---|---|---|
| Something is broken | Send the request_id | Same business day |
| A field is wrong or missing | Send the request_id and what you expected | Same business day, and we will tell you if it is unfixable |
| Pricing above the largest pack | Tell us your monthly volume by endpoint | A real quote within two business days, against your traffic rather than a tier |
| A DPA, security review or procurement form | Send the document | We will tell you honestly what we can and cannot sign |
| You are in the data and want it gone | Send the profile or page URL | Removed and suppressed within five business days, confirmed to you |
| A surface we do not cover | Tell us which, and what you would pay | We log it. Demand decides the fifth surface, not ambition |

Before you email about an error
Every error carries a request_id and a code. The error reference says what each code means and what to do about it, and it is faster than we are. If the answer is there, we would rather you got unblocked in thirty seconds than waited for us.
These are commitments, not aspirations
They are what we can keep at our current size. When that stops being true we will change this page rather than quietly start missing them — a response time you cannot rely on is worse than a slower one you can.
