ScrapeField

What is a scraping API?

A scraping API reads public web pages for you and returns their data as JSON, so you call one URL instead of running browsers, proxies and parsers yourself.

There are two kinds. A general one takes any URL and gives back its HTML or text. A platform one knows a site’s pages and gives back named fields: a place’s rating, a profile’s headline, a video’s views.

What to compare: the price per call and per thousand rows; how often calls succeed; whether failed calls are charged; whether the field names are documented; and whether it asks for your own login, which a good one never does.

ScrapeField is the second kind: 45 endpoints on Google Maps, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and X, each with a published price, and a demo that needs no key.
