What is a LinkedIn member id?
A LinkedIn member id is a profile’s internal id, a string that starts ACoAA or ACwAA, as in linkedin.com/in/ACoAA…, shown where the vanity name is not.
You meet it in the people who reacted to a post, in Sales Navigator (whose ids start ACwAA), and in links shared from the apps.
Unlike a vanity name it does not change. A profile looked up by its member id comes back with its vanity name, so you can store either.
