What is cursor pagination?
Cursor pagination is a way to read a long list a page at a time: each answer gives a cursor, and you send it back to get the next page, until there is none.
A cursor marks where the last page stopped. Unlike a page number, it does not skip or repeat rows when the list changes between calls, and it can be opaque: you pass it back as it was, and never build one.
In our API it is meta.next_cursor. Pass it as cursor, and stop when it is null. A cursor belongs to its query, and lasts as long as the answer is cached.
